Tiffany Absher is the principal of the new Smith STEM Academy. Prior to her tenure at Smith, Tiffany served Hopkins Elementary as Assistant Principal and has experience leading curriculum initiatives as an Instructional Coach and teacher in Victoria ISD. She earned a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University and a Masters degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University.

Teralee is the Assistant Principal for Smith STEM Academy. Teralee started off her career as a fifth-grade teacher for several years before moving into a fourth-grade position. Once leaving the classroom, Teralee served for three years at the district office as a Curriculum Coordinator in the areas of ELAR, Social Studies, Instructional Technology, and Remote Learning. This position allowed her to serve all 14 elementary campuses within the district. She earned a Bachelor degree in Humanities-English from University of Houston Victoria and a Master degree in Educational Administration, also from UHV.
