Hi Eagles! My name is Monica Cano and I was born and raised in Victoria, Tx. This is my first year at Smith STEM Academy and teaching 2nd grade and I am so excited about this brand-new school year!

I graduated from Victoria High school and have been with VISD for 8 years.

I am married with 3 children, ages 8, 14, and 20. We enjoy camping, going sports games, and out of town adventures any chance we get!
