• When you first turn on your VISD issued laptop you will be asked to sign in.

• If you are having issues with your device turning on, please plug it in to a power outlet for at least an hour and try again.

• In order to sign in to your laptop, you will need to first connect to a wireless network. If you received a hotspot with your VISD laptop, please flip this page over for instructions on how to connect to it.

• Students can sign in with their VISD email address and password.

• If you see another username on the screen when trying to sign in, click “other user” in the bottom left corner to enter your own information.

• The email address and password default formats for a VISD student account are: Email = (First initial last initial student ID)@student.visd.net (Ex. aa123456@student.visd.net
  Password = First initial last initial-last4socialV (Ex. aa1234V)
